A company owns its own office building which it purchased in 2011 for $1000000. The real estate market has been volatile in the last few years. The company uses the revaluation model as allowed by IFRS and the following table shows the fair market values since 2011
2011: 1000000
2012: 600000
2013: 800000
2014: 1300000
The impact on the income statement in 2014 will be most likely be a gain of?
답이 200 이라는데
보통 IFRS는 investment property를 구분하여 upward revaluation도 모두 income statement에 반영하여 500이 되지 않나요?
800->1000 (200 income statement) 1000->1300 (300 surplus account) 가 아니라
이건 investment property니깐 800->1300 (500 income statement) 아닌가요?
