3번이 답이 아닌 이유가
A discretionary trust should be used to protect the beneficiary from claims against the assets of the trust, not the donor.
라고 나와있는데, the assets of the trust, not the donor 가 무슨말인지 잘 모르겠습니다.
저는 신탁자가 지시하는 내용에 따라 수탁자가 이익배분을 하니, 3번도 답이 될 수 있을거 같았는데
3번은 소유권 자체가 이전되는건 아닌건지가 궁금합니다. discretionary trust는 여전히 신탁자가 가지고있다고 보나요?

Discretionay Trust는 신탁수익자를 누구로 할 것인지의 선택과 수익금액의 배분에 대한 결정이 수탁자에게 있습니다. 해설은 적절해 보이지 않는데 상속재산의 방어목적이라면 2번이 답입니다.
